Return and exchange period
- Customers have the right to request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of order receipt.
Return and exchange conditions
- The product must be in its original condition as received, unused, and in good resale condition.
- The product must be inside the original packaging with all accessories and tags (if any).
- The original purchase invoice or order number must be attached to complete the return process.
Non-returnable products
- Perishable products or those for personal use due to health and safety reasons.
- Products that have been modified, misused, or tampered with after receipt.
Shipping costs
- If the return is due to a manufacturing defect, product damage, or an error in shipment on our part, we cover all shipping and delivery costs.
- If the return is based on the customer's personal preference (such as a change of mind), the customer bears all shipping and delivery fees incurred.
How to get a refund
- After the product arrives at our warehouses, is inspected, and confirmed to meet the conditions, we will process the refund.
- Refunds will be made to the same payment method used at purchase within 7 to 14 business days, depending on the bank or payment gateway policy.
